Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

This policy details the eligibility and timeline for refunds across course enrollments and institutional certifications on Dakshik.

1. Course Enrollment Refunds

Candidates may request a full refund within 48 hours of enrollment, provided that:

Less than 20% of the course video lectures or protected PDF notes have been accessed.
No proctored quizzes or exit examinations have been attempted.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

The candidate has completed any assessment or has been minted an official verified certificate.
The candidate's account has been flagged or suspended due to academic dishonesty or proctoring strikes.
Requests submitted after 48 hours from the timestamp of payment.

3. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay) and credited back to the original source payment method (UPI / Card / NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
